EC members attended a Leadership Development Camp on 27th Sep. 2015, at Jeevan Dashan, Fatehgunj, Vadodara.
The EC camp started with Welcome by Hon. Secretary Shamsuddin and introduction of new EC members and Mentors. This was followed by FS Vision, Mission and Role of EC by Dr Vanisha Nambiar. Then, Bharat Mehta took over for a session on Team building, Leadership and Organizational skills.
After ‘Chai pe charcha’, Dr. Ankur Saxena took up Membership drive & Integration of FS activities with placement students. This was followed by Managing communication by Dipankar Das.
Ami Patel & Meena Patel made the things ‘very humane’ when they shared live experiences on Sensitivity and community mobilization for the differently abled. After Lunch, in was turn of some basics in Accounts, Finance & Statutory Authorities and Execution methodology, by Anuj Agrawal.
Then the future leaders (i.e. EC members) – presented their Proposed Annual plan of activities, to be coordinated by Mentors.
